One Annapolis 21st Century Community Learning Center

Learn more about our exciting opportunity to bring more support, resources, and opportunities to the children and families of Annapolis Middle School!

Program Summary

The 21st Century Community Learning Center at Annapolis Middle School will serve up to 60 rising 6th grade students and families with family navigation services, family engagement programs, after-school programming, and a summer bridge program. Utilizing the Community Hubs model developed by People Builder's Consulting, Community Navigation Specialists will be assigned to families within designated communities, providing weekly family navigation services and wrap around support. This funding will also allow us to employ a Community Engagement Specialist. The Community Engagement Specialist will manage and coordinate the community navigation specialists, plan academic activities, and serve as an education system navigator for program participants. We have also partnered with two awesome organizations to help with our after school and summer programming.
